As Auto Pilot Booster is a customizable SaaS platform, refunds are limited due to the nature of software deployment, setup, and third-party integrations involved. 2. No Refund on Deployment & Setup All payments made for platform deployment, onboarding, customization, and setup fees are non-refundable. Once your branded platform is created and handed over, we cannot issue a refund under any circumstances, as significant resources and development time are invested upfront. 3. Subscription & Recurring Payments Subscription fees (monthly, quarterly, or annual) for SaaS usage are non-refundable once charged. You may cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges. Partial refunds for unused subscription periods will not be provided. 4. Exceptional Cases Refunds may only be considered in the following cases: Duplicate payment due to a technical error. Payment processed but service not activated due to our fault. Any legal requirement under applicable Indian IT & Consumer Protection laws. 5. Client Responsibilities It is the client’s responsibility to evaluate our offerings through demos, sales calls, and trial access (if provided) before making a purchase. VC Consultation Services Private Limited is not responsible for business outcomes, sales performance, or campaign results achieved through the platform, as these depend on the client’s own operations and strategy. 6. Refund Request Process To request a refund (in cases where it is applicable): Email us at support@officialvarunchawla.com within 7 calendar days of the payment date. Provide transaction details and valid proof of payment. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. 7.
